About Us

Pat grew up in her native country of Thailand. In 2001 she arrived in America to be with her future husband, Jim. Arriving with only a couple suitcases and a desire to chase the American dream, Pat was no stranger to hard work and hard times. As one of the most requested masseurs in a high end Day Spa, Pat put in many long days and long weeks. 

Occasionally making food and bringing it in to share with coworkers, others soon discovered how AMAZING her cooking was and the word started to spread. It was Pure, Authentic Thai Food. Pat ended up holding some cooking classes (requested and organized by others)  as well as 'catering' dinner for some private gatherings at some of the most incredible homes we had ever seen. It was part of the 'dream building' process that had Pat wanting to pursue her real dream... 

** Owning her OWN Thai Restaurant. **

In May of 2017, we finally made the plunge to go ALL IN. We used our savings and home collateral to purchase and assume the existing restaurant. Jim handles everything technical or mechanical and Pat oversees the kitchen and manages the restaurant. This is true, North-Eastern Thai food utilizing Pat's recipes and the freshest ingredients we can get. It costs us more, but we think the flavor experience is worth it.

With a one week advance notice we can prepare trays of your requested dishes and have them available for pickup. 

We don't deliver or setup so we don't have to add on fees.

Parties and events are always welcome. If you want a more private party, we could accommodate a large group in the morning before our usual opening.

Exclusive events during our normal hours will be considered but fees would of course be higher.
