Hi, I’m Pat. I grew up in Thailand, surrounded by my homeland's rich flavors and traditions. In 2001, I moved to America to be with my future husband, Jim. I arrived with just a few suitcases and a big dream—to build a better life.
From Kitchen Experiments to a Thriving Business
I worked long hours as a massage therapist, but my real passion was cooking. I would bring homemade Thai dishes to share with my coworkers, and soon, people couldn’t get enough. They wanted more—cooking lessons, catering, anything to taste my authentic Thai food.
Taking the Leap to Open Our Thai House
By 2017, Jim and I decided it was time to take a chance. We used our savings and home collateral to buy an existing restaurant and turn it into Our Thai House. Jim takes care of the technical side, and I run the kitchen. We serve true North-Eastern Thai food, just like back home.
